
Kelsey Goodson
Kelsey Goodson was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. She was awarded the esteemed Achiever Scholarship, from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and attended Pacific Lutheran University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Communications-Public Relations and Advertising. Kelsey went on to earn a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Kelsey has worked with youth in Title Public Schools in the Pacific Northwest, with The Norwegian Red Cross in Kristiansand, Norway, counseling couples in Denmark, and currently serves as a Youth Director in the South Bay area. Kelsey has worked and coordinated dozens of youth events and camps through the Pacific Northwest, Norway, and California. Kelsey is the author and illustrator of a children’s book, "Starting School with Weezy" and co-wrote “On His Team”, a relationship guide for wives and girlfriends of professional athletes.
Kelsey is passionate about nutrition, education, and holistic wellness. In addition to her native tongue, Kelsey has basic language skills in Spanish, Norwegian, and Danish. She and husband Clarence, both travel to speak publicly to youth and adults, specializing on the topics of Identity and Servant Leadership.

Clarence & his wife Kelsey partnered with the US Soccer Foundation to build a mini soccer pitch where children, in underserved communities, are provided a free and safe place to play the beautiful game. The Clarence E. Goodson IV Mini Pitch was dedicated in September 2017 at his alma mater Springfield Elementary School.

In 2022, Clarence and Kelsey founded the Goodson Foundation to combine elite athletics with the S.T.E.A.M. curriculum to train up the next generation of creative leaders.
